Please take care of my dad....

Just came back to UTP...Huuu.... It's Saturday not SUnday! And I already at UTP. 50-50 whether to go back or not. Finally, I decided to go early. As usual, my dad said: " Baliklah esk. Nk balik hari n jugak?" My father just came back from Sarawak and his not feeling very well. His gout disease came back. I felt guilty.Huhu.. guilty because I do not entertain my father. Guilty because I still with my decision to go back to UTP. I might not show well, but deep inside me, I was worried about my father condition. My mother even more! Before going back, salam with my father. How skinny he was~ huhuhu...

Just now I received a phone call from my mother. My uncle took my father to the hospital. He cannot walk. I felt guilty & worried. If I'm still there, I can take care of father. Huhu.....

Ya Allah,
Ak bermohon kepadamu,
Lindungilah Ayahku,
Sembuhkanlah penyakitnya Ya Allah....
Sesungguhnya, engkaulah yg Maha Berkuasa & Mengetahui segala-galanya...


Please.... Take care of my dad! May he recover soon!

satu ketika dahulu...saya pernah chubby....

Hoho! Sesungguhnyee... terpanggil untuk membuat entry ini setelah lama ditangguh-tangguhkan!
Esk ade test KMD dan PRogress Report x siap lagi dan....dan....dan.... sy sedang sibuk membuat keje yg tidak
berapa penting ini iaitu menulis BLOG!!!

Baru lepas tgk2 gmbr dlo2 dekat FACEbOok. HoHo~ Dahulu saye chubby ckit okey! x caye? g tgk facebook. Selepas Intern, berat badan semakin turun. Kenape? erm...Sebab hari2 saya akan berjalan dari SteSyen LRt Masjid Jamek ke Dayabumi dan.....dan.... blk pun jln jugak. Da smpi ke DAyabumi. Nak ke office pun, jalan jugak.....Berapa Jauh? Macam v5 nk ke v4 kot! kot! Balik dari Office, kerete kene parking dkt luar... dan...dan..JALAN lagi masuk desaminium Rimba. Kesimpulannye....Berjalan adalah senaman yg paling baik untuk anda!


Sebelum ini, sebelum intern, saya kuat makan! rasenye....I admit, kadang2 sy begitu menjaga pemakanan. Meaning that, kalau dah tengahari makan nasi, malam x bleh makan nasi lagi. There are times, I never care what I eat! Especially kat rmh. Itu dipanggil sebagai MAKAN BESAR!!! One more thing, I LIke to eat FAST FOOD, especially MCDOnald. Fries + nugget dye sungguh seDap!

Dulu, saye lagi kurus than my sister. Then time sekolah menengah, masuk Asrama Saye Suke mkn! Makanye... dah chubby ckit. Contra to my sister, yg dah keje 2. Because of her hectic schelude...busy memanjang, dye jadi KURUS. Huhu..Terbalik! Seluar yg dulu2 sy muat pakai, da x bleh pakai! Sadly, I gave it to my sister.


Some of my friends said : " kurusnye dee, x makan ke??"" hoho! Sy makan. Tapi kadang2 saya control ckit! heeee =P  What I want to say is that no matter u kurus or chubby. Just be happy with your life! Choose condition which you're happy and comfortable with. Kurus sgt pun x cntk... & sometimes you akan cepat rase tired. Tgk sy, Cantik ke??? Tak kan! hah...2 sbb KUrus 2.... Mesti X nk jadi CAm 2 kan????

Before I end my entry, just want to share my tips that might work to help decrease weight.


  1. Makan nasi sehari sekali. >> Mean, kalau tengah hari da makan nasi, petang jgn makan lagi. 
  2. Eat before kul 9.00. Org sll kate kul 7 kan? sy upkan ckit kul 9.. ( Keluar g makan2 dengan kawan2 or g   maple pagi2 buta, dimaafkan. Tp...Jgn amalkan selalu!)
  3. ExerCise! Berjalan + Menari pun boleh...
  4. Avoid makan Nasi mlm2...
  5. Bykkan minum air masak. 
  6. Teringin mkn fastfood?chocolate???  Makan Jer... tapi, control la ckit!
